Beach trip with Beth

Beth and I went down to my aunts beach house last week for a few days. We had planned this a few years ago but due to a few things coming up we had to put it off until now.
My aunt has an amazing house down at the beach with these awesome boardwalks.

I took this the day we got there.
This one too.

BUT,

You know how they say that it rains everyday in Florida.....

                                                                 it seriously did this time!

The only problem is that it didn't stop.
This guy got really brave and almost lost control.
I am sure you can imagine the kind words I had for him! :)

What do you do when it rains that much?

you EAT!

and ....
you drink! ha ha
Seriously though, Beth and I are both addicted to Walgreen's so when we saw that they sell wine in the stores there....OMG, it took our Walgreen's trip to an entirely new level! ha ha ha
 And you shop of course!

We also took a little trip down to PBC to try and find the shit hole we had rented for our Senior Spring Break trip ...WOOOO-HOOO Class of '97! Sorry, had to go there for a minute ha ha. We tried to find it but it was gone. Hell, the place was more then likely condemned after we left. It was nasty when we were there...the floors were carpet yet if you wore socks you had to throw them away after because they would be black if you let them hit the floor, the vacuum only ran if you pulled it backwards, every bed in the place had mattresses that were so bad that the springs were almost visible and the shower/tub was going to drop through to the room below at any given moment. It was awesome! ha ha It was perfect for the 17 of us though and to be honest I wouldn't trade it today for the memories that I have from that trip! I had so much fun!!!!!

So, Saturday morning we hit the road.

Perfect name isn't it?! ha ha

My sweet little LUCKY :)

Last night I went out to spend the evening with my parents. My step-dad ended up going to watch the Titans play and my sister had plans so I had mom and little Lucky all to myself for the night!
AWESOME!!!
We had so much fun! Lucky and I danced to Dora, ate some ice cream ( I will pretty much give her whatever she asks me for because I am a sucker for the kiddos), ate some cookies, had a few pretzels and then mom and I had fried egg sandwiches for dinner. My mom makes the best ones this side of Texas! YUM!
After dinner, we looked at a bunch of old photos and Lucky looked with us. She would pull one out and say " who dis Aunt CeCe?" or "dat BeBe & Pops". She is so smart it blows my mind! The funniest is when we would ask her who it was and if she didn't know she would get this really cute look on her face and then point her finger at you and say "dat me" . Then she got to take a swim with Mr. Bubble and get a little snuggle time with her Dora pj's.

Breast cancer is a malignant (cancerous) tumor that starts from cells of the breast. The disease occurs primarily in women, but men can get breast cancer as well. The information here refers only to breast cancer in women, but separate information about breast cancer in men can be found on the ACS website.

A woman’s breast is made up of glands that make breast milk (lobules), ducts (small tubes that connect lobules to the nipple), fatty and connective tissue, blood vessels, and lymph (pronounced limf) vessels. Most breast cancers begin in the ducts (ductal carcinoma), some begin in the lobules (lobular carcinoma), and the rest in other tissues.
Lymph vessels are like veins, except that they carry lymph fluid instead of blood. Lymph is a clear fluid that contains immune system cells and waste products. Lymph vessels lead to small, bean-shaped collections of tissue called lymph nodes. Most lymph vessels of the breast lead to lymph nodes under the arm. These are called axillary (AX-uh-lair-ee) nodes. If breast cancer cells reach the underarm lymph nodes and continue to grow, they cause the nodes to swell. Once cancer cells have reached these nodes, they are more likely to spread to other organs of the body.

Aside from being female, age is the most important factor affecting breast cancer risk. Moderate or vigorous physical activity, maintaining a healthy body weight, having first child before age 30, breastfeeding, and avoiding alcohol or drinking less than 2 drinks each day are all associated with a lower risk of breast cancer.
