Five things that are on your wish list. I have a real wish list and then I have this one ha ha ha. For some reason, this one was WAY more fun to make.....I wonder why?

1. St. Lucia - honestly can you say that you don't want to go there when you look at the picture?

Today if I could have any wish it would be that today would last and last and last because it is our last day at the beach. We have had an amazing time here and as much as I am ready to get home to see my little Oscar dog I hate to leave the beach. Hopefully Oscar will be able to come back with us at some point:). When I got up this morning I went to Coligny( an outdoor shopping center down the street) with Mary and this is what we saw in the parking lot.

            In TN we just get behind them and push real hard but hey, what ever works right? ha

      I saw this while Don and I went and had to take a picture because I thought it was so freaking cute.

When we got back we all went down to the beach and Don went out to boogie.......

Later we had yet another amazing dinner.......

Fillet Mignon w truffle oil and a blue cheese sauce to dress it, mac'n' cheese made with Gouda and cheddar and mushrooms in a Burgundy wine reduction cooked to perfection. You could cut my fillet with a butter knife. OMG.....it was delicious!

  either........we still had cupcakes.  Can you imagine?

The chocolate frosting had a hint of fudge and peanut butter. They were delicious! Honestly, in my opinion     they put Gigi's to shame!

     They were Pur-due good! ha ha

We are having a blast and tomorrow Don is taking me to Savannah!!! I am so excited! I can't wait to post those picks. Tomorrow nights dinner is going to be out at Eat...a tapas restaurant. Tomorrow is going to be an awesome day!

Tuesday

Last night we had the best dinner! Andrew and Jeremy made Talapia with a lemon caper sauce served with garlic mashed potatoes and sesame spinach. OMG!!!! It was delicious!

After dinner, Mica made us two kinds of the most delicious ice cream...peach and double chocolate!

I thought Don was going to die waiting for it to be done! ha ha ha

Marvelous Monday at the beach......

  What a gorgeous day we have today!

This is the view from the back upper deck. It is amazing here. The wind isn't too strong this morning and the sun is just right.  I woke up this morning at 6:30 to go for a walk on the beach but I can't seem to find my ipod so I will join Jenny and Mary for their walk to Java Joe's here shortly.

Last night we had grilled pizzas for dinner and they were delicious. On half of mine I had olive oil with goat cheese and priccuto and on the other I had red sauce, sausage, pepperoni, mozzarella, fresh basil and banana peppers. They were amazingly good! I made a salad to go with it but these guys here make my cooking look like small potatoes.

Day 1 in Hilton Head

Dr. Pepper has come down every year for as long as he can remember to join this group. They are such a great group of people! Andrew and Jenny, Jeremy and Mica with little John David, Scott and Kelly with sweet Maddie and Mary who is super cool as well. I have heard so many great things about them so I was pretty excited to finally meet them!

Down here they have what is called the "Drink of the Day" or DOTD......
